Elvin G. Ericson was born in 1910 in Ironwood, Michigan. He received his B.S. (1948) and M.S. (1955) from Washington State College. His teaching career at W.S.U. extended from 1947 through 1975. As a member of the civil engineering faculty, Professor Ericson was the coordinator of the Annual Road Builders Clinic held on the W.S.U. campus beginning in 1950. From the guide to the Elvin G.
